Introduction

THE BioTek produces monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma cell lines, which are created by fusing myeloma cells with antibody-producing B-lymphocytes. We guarantee at least two positive clones for mouse-derived monoclonal antibodies. Given a protein antigen (minimum 2.5mg, >80% purity on SDS-PAGE) provided by the client, we ensure at least two positive clones with positive ELISA results. Follow-ups

Custom Protein Service: Available at an additional charge upon request.
ELISA Screening: Conducted at 250ng/well with a general selection standard of OD value > 1.0.
Western Blot Screening: Performed using standard cell or tissue lysates. If a specific cell lysate is required and not available with us, the client must provide it.
Shipping Charges: Not included in the pricing.
