Request a Quote

Find the product you’re interested in and send us an inquiry for an up-to-date quotation. The quote will include pack size options, pricing, and availability. For make-to-order products, we will provide an estimated lead time for custom synthesis or sourcing. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Full prepayment is generally required for new customers without established credit. If you need NET 30 payment terms, please contact our customer service to set up a credit account. We accept purchase orders from universities, research institutions, and government agencies. Other payment terms can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Methods

We prefer payments via bank transfer (ACH/wire) and credit card. For bank transfers, contact us at service@thebiotek.com to request a proforma invoice with our bank details. For credit card payments, request a secure payment link from service@thebiotek.com. We do not accept checks for prepayment, but they can be used for post-payment with NET 30 terms.

Placing and Confirming Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of your official order requests, either as full prepayment or purchase orders (for customers with established credit). Send purchase orders to custserv@thebiotek.com. A confirmation email with an estimated shipping date will be provided once the order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our US warehouses. Our standard shipping partner is FedEx (Standard Overnight, 2Day, or FedEx International Priority), unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer to use your own FedEx account, please indicate this on the purchase order or communicate with our customer service. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes for international shipments.
